– Please be aware that the floor can be very slippery when wet, so do exercise caution, especially after swimming or during rainy weather.
– Please note, the villa is not suitable for children as there is no pool fence.
– The villa is situated in a natural area, and you might hear sounds from ducks and chickens, which are part of the local charm. These sounds add to the authentic experience of staying here.
– Bali being a tropical island, it is not unusual to spot exotic animals from time to time (bats, lizards, bugs…). All of them are completely harmless and part of local everyday life.

– Q: What time is the Check-in policy?
-A: Please be informed that check-in time is at 14:00 by default. Arriving earlier? No problem, we will manage for you to drop your luggage first and start exploring the area while waiting for the villa to be ready. If you need an early check in we will try to accommodate you but we can’t promise, it is subject to the villa availability. Please note that our staff is available until 5pm, self check in is available after 5pm.
– Q: What time is the Check-out policy?
– A: Our check-out time is at 11:00am by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and may involve extra charge.
– Q: Could I have a butler or a personal Chef to cook, so I can dine at the villa?
– A: Breakfast not included and a personal Chef is not available, however online food delivery by grab is available during your stay.
– Q : Do we have a housekeeping service every day?
– A : Yes, there will be a housekeeping service every day at your convenience. For the sake of respecting every guest’s privacy, please kindly arrange with your butler should you wish your to be cleaned and at what time. Service occurs once a day.
Kindly note that your villa host is reachable through What’s app from 9 am to 5 Pm and for emergencies. He/She is pleased to assist with your requests, however, he/she does not reside on site at all times.
